which includes the operation, maintenance, and repair of the existing
fire alarm systems by trained technicians.
The MFE Services team will complete maintenance reports, daily
logs, and record keeping in addition to updating maintenance manuals
on a regular basis. All maintenance and repairs will be fully
documented. Upon completion of any maintenance call, MFE Services
will supply you with a signed service report that includes the
following:

a general statement of the problem;

summary of action taken;

an itemised list of any materials or parts used
for the repair;

the total hours required to complete the repairs.
